Tom is a Partner at Mahoney and as of January 1, 2024, he was also named CEO. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Accounting. Tom has been employed in public accounting at Mahoney for more than 17 years.

Tom provides audit and accounting services to clients in the real estate industry. His primary area of practice includes real estate development and finance, housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, cost certifications, audits, forecasts and projections, and deal structuring. Tom also has extensive experience auditing not-for-profit affordable housing developers and HUD real estate projects.
