Donna specializes in the taxation and structuring of real estate transactions utilizing both federal and state low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credits.  Donna graduated from The College of St. Catherine in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
